Learning outcomes

By the end of this activity you should be able to:

• discuss at least three stratgies for cultivating a positive team culture 
• approach a collegue with health concerns affecting their fitness to practice in an effective and non-judgemental manner 
• respond appropriately to destructive workplace behaviours such as bullying
• use a model such as the DASR (Describe, Acknowledge, Specify, Reaffirm) script to structure effective feedback to build a high-performance team
• outline situations where different leadership styles are most appropriate
